DelcoRPM is the year-round Liberty Youth Cycling program supporting cross-country mountain, gravel, cyclocross, endurance, enduro and other cycling disciplines based on the interest of Delaware County (and neighboring community's) youth and Safe Sport certified adults who ride along for mentorship and shared love of riding.
$100/year
12 months of riding.

All-abilities.* All-ages.**
Safe Sport certified adults. (No LYC fee for adults to ride!)
*Not a learn-to-ride program. Must be able to ride independently without assistance.
**Age restrictions in place for middle-school and younger - an adult must accompany middle-school age and younger youth on Delco RPM rides. If a parent is not able to ride along, other arrangements need to be made before arrival.
