DelcoRPM is the year-round Liberty Youth Cycling program supporting cross-country mountain, gravel, cyclocross, endurance, enduro and other cycling disciplines based on the interest of Delaware County (and neighboring community's) youth and Safe Sport certified adults who ride along for mentorship and shared love of riding.

(*No LYC fee for adults to ride!)
**Not a learn-to-ride program. Must be able to ride independently without assistance.
**Age restrictions in place for 5th Grade and younger - a guardian or designated adult must accompany youth 5th grade and younger on Delco RPM rides. If a legal guardian is not able to ride along, other arrangements need to be made before arrival.
