One team - One Family
Our race points count toward our school teams but when we ride, we don’t see ourselves as separate schools. We are one community having fun on our bikes and creating new adventures together.
And our non-profit, Liberty Youth Cycling, makes those bonds even stronger by giving us a bigger program , more adventure, and larger community across Delaware County.
Teen Trail Corps
Beyond riding and racing, our team also gives back to the trails and communities where we ride. Teen Trail Corps is a program of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) and the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) has a strong tradition of encouraging teams to do trail work. We like to say, “You ride. You rake.”.
And at Delco Revolution we take pride in giving back, too. In 2023 our teammates spent more than 200 hours cleaning up trash, clipping back invasives, and doing trail work to improve trails in our local communities.
We’ve also have 3 teammates work toward the status of Teen Trail Corps Captains - earning badges for activities that advocate for safer trails and more green space, connecting with local trail managers, and treating the environment and community with respect.
